Look at the record, and it is very easy to concieve e.g. that if Brady had been drafted in the fifth round by the Lions nobody would remember him today (except maybe a Lions trivia geek.) For instance *if* he gets off the bench to start in his second year, and he improves the Lions from their actual 2-14 to maybe 3 or 4 wins, everyone says "that sucks, but what can you expect with a 5th rd pick?".
