Consistency is key (imo), & that’s how I got a callback from someone within a week. They should inform you that they’ll bump up the “priority” to escalate your claim since they “know the ‘higher-ups’ at the NJDOL.” AFAIK, this method is a way to at least ensure that you’ll speak to someone with the right channels. I’m not the only one who has undergone this strategy, and likewise, suggested it. But also, you know.
