This works based on a device issue. So it's semi EOL with iOS 14 for devices past A11. Including half broken for iPhone 8 [Plus], iPhone X. Doesn't work past those. For those, touch ID, pay, etc, doesn't work. Works on iPhone 7, iPad Air 2, maybe iPad Pro 2, and earlier.
