Liked: LIVE: Model Railroad Work - On30 Scale (03/12/23) working on my On30 scale Railroad. Today we continue work on the Caboose This is my On30 scale layout called Tumblerock Canyon Railroad. It is O scale running on HO scale tracks to simulate a 30 inch gauge between the rails. As such all the buildings and scenery will be in O scale and all the trains are narrow-gauge equipment. This layout will be an ode to Oregon Country of the 1890's where logging, farming, and mining were king. The layout will be covered in forested hills and mountains, and the small town will be merely a whistle stop for the local industries as passengers and cargo are transported to Portland to go further distances.
