Body shaming sucks. I agree. Her being bullied and put down in online dating apps sucks. But this is specifically about online dating. Not bullying or fat shaming in general. So in that case, this blog doesn't seem to care at all about the huge dichotomy that uglier guys face with online dating. Not just in this blog post, where it's fine to not mention it, but they don't talk about it in general. Makes it more egregious. One of the people they profile gets hit up for sex. You think the average non-hot guy gets that opportunity? No. Studies have shown Tinder is very unbalanced. They do mention that dating apps aren't to blame which is right. But that just makes the cherry picking of dating app anecdotes even worse.
