The recognized Note-Taking and Task-Management platform Anytype has rolled out its March update, introducing several community-requested features on all platforms. The update includes a Web Clipper for Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge users to facilitate web content capture, and a files-as-objects feature that enables users to rename, link, and add relations to various file types like images, videos, and PDFs, using @mentions or Link-to commands.
The update also includes an in-app Experience Gallery for users to browse and install community-created experiences within the AnyType platform. It also simplifies batch exporting for objects in sets and collections with a new Export option in the right-click menu and a popup for export settings.
Another great update is that the mobile sharing extensions for Android and iOS have been enhanced to support more content types, including media files and text. Users can also pin their favorite Types for quicker access by long-tapping the "+ new Object" button. If you want to see the full list of new changes, you can do so in the full release notes here.
