Who can see a collection

Every collection and every note has an access level, and you can change it at any time.

  • PrivateOnly you. This is the default.
  • LimitedYou and the people you invite by email. They can read the collection and add or remove notes. Collections only.
  • OrganizationEveryone in your team.
  • PublicAnyone with the link, and it is listed on your member page.

Every note, bookmark, highlight and collection also has its own link, so sharing one thing with one person is a matter of sending the link.
