Calc for Business and Finite Math
Calc 1 for Biz and Finite Math
Calc 1, physics
Vs BACHELOR OF ARTS IN COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY
Requires 6 "annoying" classes but technically manageable:
MAT 281 Discrete Math which requires MAT 151 College Algebra and Trigonometry OR MAT 153 Pre-Calculus with Trigonometry with Lab.
So the first 2 MATH classes at SMC before Calc?
MAT 131 Elementary Stats
BiO 102, BIO 103. Biology Lab
PHY 100 Physics
Any PHY or Life Science
everything else seems fine without pre-reqs or annoying classes

Vs BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
One of the easiest. Pre-calc and Elementary Stats required
Seems like:
MAT 131 Elementary Stats and Probability.
MAT 153 College Algrebra & Trig
Sometimes MAT 153 is Pre-calc with Trig
MAT 131 has MAT 153 as pre-req.
I think this means I have to do 3 math pre-req at SMC.

MAT 191Calculus I
MAT 193Calculus II
MAT 271Foundations of Higher Mathematics
MAT 281Discrete Mathematics
PHY 130General Physics I
PHY 132General Physics II
For math seems like you can get away with:
MATH 103 Mathematical Methods for Business (3)
OR
MATH 255A Calculus for the Life Sciences I (3)
either is pre-req for:
CIT 256 Discrete Structures for Information Technology (3)
MATH 103 looks like equivalent to pre-calc? So like the other easiest degree, 3 math classes are needed
Not sure which math is needed for this. Does not seem like it would be too much. This is another decent option
Math req:
MAT 1250 - Introductory Calculus for Business (3) [GE 2]

Cognitive Science (and then computing)
