Most lists like this are very old. This actually seems relatively updated. See mentions of 10.7, 10.8, 10.9 (10.9.4 specifically) in a few recent things. After the first listing section, dedicated sections for 10.6, 10.5 compatible plugins. So def been around for a while for sure.
